The UPC code is on the side of the shipping box, firmly printed on the corrugated cardboard. You must cut the box to remove it. The UPC code doesn't expire, the rebate might not always be available.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The proof of purchase is where the bar codes are. It has the UPC code and serial number it is on the side. When you cut it out. It states you must cut the box out too, you must create a hole in the box. They will not accept just the top layer or a copy of the upc. The coupon is at Canon: https://shop.usa.canon.com/estore/marketing/mail-in-rebate/sep-2017/MIR-claim-form-0901201.pdf I guess the expiration will vary. I purchased mine for the August promotion and it stated the rebate should be postmarked by 10/2/2017.
