• You have to download the form (https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/canon-mail-in-rebate), cut out the UPC code from the box and send it in. You'll get back a $200 pre-loaded Master Card (mine took about two weeks to show up).

• You download the rebate form from the CANON website. It's $200 for the printer alone; $250 if you bought particular paper with it at the same time. NOTE: To get the rebate you must cut out the cardboard box itself, not just peel off the sticker with the serial number on it!

• No, you go to the Canon website and download it there. It's very easy to find there. Make sure to cut the barcode from the side of the box with the cardboard attached.
