• Yes I have used thick rag and 120 LB card stock. it is direct feed and little to no problem with thick papers.

• The PRO-200 can definitely handle that level of rag. I wouldn't go higher than 20 mil thickness just to be safe, but it's *technically* rated up to 21.5 mil. Weight is gonna vary by paper but generally stay under 370 gsm, anything above that is likely to be canvas anyway. In my experience papers over 12 mil run the risk of getting some streaking on the back side, so do be careful to maintain a clean platen.
