“Can it work off my hot spot (I have no Wi-Fi) and can it print envelopes ?”

• The only setting I see on my Canon printer, is the smartphone or computer. Optional devices if you want to connect to. Nothing on hot spot Setting? I checked the applications on my canon I do not see any apps for printing envelopes. I would check customer tech support or manual.
