Cannon failed to tell you that you needed the USB cable for this printer. Cannon should have included the exact USB cable with the printer and included it in the price since you had to buy one anyway ! I will return mine because there are no clear, detailed instructions. Cannon products are not first class. You do not get your money's worth.
