Will this work with MacBook Pro and iPhone 12 null

I have an HP but my iPhone is an SE(2020) and it projects fine to my printer. I have the Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY version 2.12.0 app from Canon. I also have the Canon IJ Utilities on my desktop for scanning from computer to printer. Works great ! No knowledge about Mac. Sorry.
