Comes with Power cord, copies can be made if item is not being sent from a PC, Tablet or Phone. For those items you need a WIFI network or a wired connection between PC and Printer. This cord is purchased separately. and written directions are included, plus elaborate directions are available on-line.

And it Also walks you through the steps on it’s screen. You can print hard copies without WiFi. I just purchased mine and Found this printer easy to set up and the color on my photos is totally vibrant! I am very happy with my purchase
