Q: QuestionJUST GOT THIS CAMERA NEW IN BOX AND MEMORY CARD NEW, KEEP GETTING MEMORY CARD ERROR. sUPPOSE TO BE CORRECT ONE.?

• A:Answer No idea, it's never happened to me and I've owned 6 of these Canon PowerShots. Sometimes there's a little thingy on the sandisc that you can slide up or down. If you accidentally push it, you "close" the sandisc and lock it. Look at your memory card and see if you accidentally pushed that little metal thingy.

• A:Answer Just take the sandisc (or memory card) out of the camera and slide it into your iPad or computer and it will automatically download the photos.

• A:Answer Of course. Every Canon camera comes with a battery charger. Battery charge lasts a long time, but if I think I'm going to take alot of photos or videos (it does those wonderfully too!) I put the battery in the charger overnight.

• A:Answer It comes with a small battery and has the charger. It has worked very well. Its so much better than the old one that used AA. Have had no trouble with it so far.
