I do not know, but I suggest you ask the people at Best Buy to help you. After all if they sold you this camera, they should be able to provide you with this information as to how you can locate a compatible battery. Even if they don't sell it, they should be able to help you locate one. This is just considered good customer service, which I don't believe Best Buy offers!
