Can it take videos and can u vlog on it null

I took great videos with this camera. Used it on a trip to Ireland and have great photo/ sound quality of Irish dancers doing a Broom Dance. I was able to zoom in on their feet as they danced, back out again, zoom in on musicians hands, etc. captured everything. As for vlog, I haven’t tried, don’t believe it would be a problem except it uses up your battery life. You’d still have the video running, it doesn’t do/record sound only.
