• I have used this to shoot all kinds of time lapses. The way I have been doing it mostly is full manual video, and then speeding it up in post. If you're curious as to what the camera is capable of, I have put together some videos you can see at http://www.youtube.com/brandonaldred

• It does not have a dedicated time lapse option. It can do time lapse but it's very limited.
