• The flash is not adjustable. The pop up flash is spring-loaded to a fixed position when you want to use the flash. You can keep the flash in the popped up (available to use) position and have flash set to automatic to let camera decide if flash is needed.

• No, the flash is a manual flash in which you have to flip a switch to get it to pop up.

• For what I have used it so far, I only think the flash springs open or closed. Not sure what you mean by adjustable.
