This lens is not compatible with the EOS 90D. The 90D utilizes an EF mount while this lens is an RF mount. The RF mount is slightly larger so I believe it would be very difficult to adapt it. Also the 90D is a crop sensor camera and this lens is a full frame lens. While it is possible to use full frame lens on crop sensor camera you would not be using the lens to its full capability.
