Can this be used in cannon r10 null

The Canon R10 uses the RF Mount. So all of the RF lenses will work. Just be aware that the R10 uses an APS-C sensor and the crop factor of x 1.6 will apply. So the 85mm lens will give you an equivalent focal length of 136mm.
