I returned my cp1200 because I'm a member of GEEK squad and wanted them to set it up for me since instructions too complicated. I pay a lot of money each year but am getting nothing in return. They said I needed to buy one of the cheaper brands.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've used it for several times without any issues. The only issue I've had where it has frozen, is when I switch wifi networks. To resolve that, I simply force shutdown the printer by pressing on the power button until it turns off, and when I turn it back on, strangely, it works just fine with the new wifi connection. As far as printer freezing during a print or on the welcome screen, nope. No issues there.
