The 4K footage is only at 30p/30Hz though (all camcorders before the widespread adoption of 4K would shoot at their respective resolutions at either 30i/60Hz--erroneously called "60i"--or 60p/60Hz so the video always looked smoother). That doesn't make a huge amount of difference for most people, but for some people it does make a difference (most standard definition videos on YouTube run at 30p/30Hz if you want a reference as to what that looks like). If you want that smoother motion, the Canon GX10 does 60p/60Hz at 4K as does the Panasonic HC-X1500, but the GX10 is difficult to come by and the HC-X1500 starts (brand new) at around $1,700. Anything better is starting to get into broadcast or cinematic grade equipment (much more difficult to use relatively speaking).
