Depends on how rich their parents are. In all seriousness, there are plenty of reviews of this thing that seem to have been done by adults, but many of said adults are pitting a consumer-grade camcorder up against cinema equipment (an entirely different market segment). If you want a *short* review, here's one I could write up on my paid break at work: The camcorder functions as a reasonably high quality camcorder. Nothing more, not a lot less. It delivers as high of quality as it can with a 1/2.3 inch sensor, but if you're looking for broadcast grade equipment, speaking as someone with a background in television broadcasting, you're likely going to be shopping at one of the television broadcast equipment houses in Omaha or Lincoln in Nebraska (or your local equivalent).
