We bought this camera sometime in late February or early March for live streaming our church services. So far we have not been able to get it to work, and everything that BB suggested we buy to make it work has FAILED to make it work. I don't know if the problem was with the camera, or Best Buy's "helpful" advice, but so far, it has been a complete waste of time, and a waste of the substantial amount of money we spent on it (and the recommended accessories). We are not happy with it at all. To make things worse, with the COVID issues, we haven't been able to get out and try to figure out what we need to do. But that's, obviously, out of everyone's hands. It's just a frustrating situation overall.
