QuestionI own this mount and it has melted on my dash today . Who do I contact to get it replaced ? I purchased it in July of 2021 and it is supposed to have a year manufacture warranty.

- Answer I used this for about a month before it failed. One hour in a hot car and it was trash. !4 days and it is outside the Best Buy's desire to refund. No way to contact the manufactuer.

QuestionIs the vent clip adjustable? I own this unit but can’t figure out how to open and close the vent holder.

- Answer There is a square button at the base of the jaws. Suggest you try mounting the clip without attaching the holder to get a feel for mounting the clip to the vent.

- Answer There are no 'vertical arms;' only horizontal. These arms are motorized and expand enough to fit 99% of cell phones.
