“What are the steps I need to take in order to do a warranty exchange on this case I paid close to one hundred dollars, and its already cracked so It doesn't fit properly. I'm very disappointed and would like to get the warranty.”

You have to go to casemate website and submit a claim and send pic and copy of proof of purchase to them and they will send you another case!
