is this a good telescope for taking picture? null

For basic lunar, planetary, or terrestrial picture taking, the AstroMaster 130EQ will do just fine. However, for more in-depth, long exposure astrophotography, a computerized, go-to (with tracking) German Equatorial Mount model is recommended. Sincerely, Garrett at Celestron
