Q: QuestionHello, I was wondering which telescope would be great to see Saturn and Jupiter? My boyfriend's 21st birthday is coming up and he loves stars and both of those planets! I am planning on getting him his first telescope.
Asked by Ev.
- A:Answer The PowerSeeker 80AZS 400mm refractor is a good beginner's telescope to reveal the moon's craters, Saturn's rings, Jupiter's four brightess moons and other celestial objects. The telescope is also easy to transport and to use.

Q: QuestionHow close does this telescope get a view of Saturn? and can Galaxies and Nebulas be seen clearly?
Asked by HelloBuddy.
- A:Answer Saturn's rings are visible in the PowerSeeker 80AZS telescope. If the atmosphere is calm, use the 20mm eyepiece with the 3x Barlow Lens for the best view. Bright nebulas such as the Orion Nebula can easily be seen from the city. The best views will be from a dark sky location away from city light pollution. Galaxies are more challenging to see due to their dim nature, but are visible from a dark sky location as well.

Q: QuestionCelestron 80AZS Refractor Telescope - reading the scope is great to observe the moon and planets....is it recommended for star and constellation gazing? I read getting the 8-24mm eyepiece is recommended. Thank you!
Asked by QueenM.
- A:Answer Although the PowerSeeker 80AZS Refractor Telescope is a rich field instrument, the field of view is not wide enough to fit entire constellations. Open star clusters such as the Double Cluster or Pleiades will fit within the field of view and look spectacular, especially from a dark sky site. An 8-24mm zoom eyepiece will certainly enhance your views.
