• Right now, the sensor/hub combo is $30 at BB and the sensor alone is $25. I'd say kick in the extra $5 and be covered either way.

• With two garage doors, you need one hub and two sensors. There are online instructions that spell out how to set up second sensor.

• The sensor is included in the package. It attaches to the garage door. If you have two separate openers, I would imagine you would need two devices.
