• I had that problem too. For me the device did not pair with my opener and I had to re-pair the two. If yours will not pair, check the compatibility list to make sure your opener is compatible. Chamberlain also pushed a firmware update to my device which took about 5 minutes and that helped with the pairing you may want to call their support number of you reach that point
