• You mean use it and it works? Sure. But u better have a house made of paper. Or have a $400 WiFi router. Or move ur garage door to the third floor.

• Only if you get solid wifi signal in the garage. I would suggest running a internet speed test with your phone while in the garage to determine strength. *Make sure your connected to your WiFi and not your cellular network.
