I also had trouble getting mine to pair! Give them a call, she walked me through the entire process and it did not work. We had to do it 3 times. Our problem was that the app kept deleting the actual device and there was nothing in the app to pair WITH. Make sure it is added with the serial number in the app and that it STAYS entered during the process. But again, a call to customer support will answer all your questions.
