QuestionIs this charger suppose to look like the original? I ordered and what is in the box doesn’t look like the picture on the box. The one I got, the wire comes out the bottom, not the side like the box shows or how the original is. See pic. Thank you. KC

- Answer It could be the product they only last show long ! My first Fitbit lasted 2-3 years can’t remember exactly it was around 2-3 years

- Answer I own the fit bit versa and my daughter has the fit bit versa 2, I know that it does not fit hers. My guess would be no. They seem to do the same thing as the cell phone makers, nothing seems to be interchangeable.

- Answer Hi. This is the original Fitbit charging cable for the Fitbit Versa and for the Versa Lite. It does NOT fit the Versa 2. The cable plugs into your laptop, your iPad or into the phone charger.

- Answer You just lay your Fitbit on it. Make sure the connector on the Fitbit lines up with the one on the charger. Plug in and let it charge the Fitbit.
