“I had it for about 3 weeks and it no longer changes color. It is all white. The remote control won't change color as well as the manual button. What do I do? I had it outside since it said outdoor/indoor.”

Mine broke after 3 weeks as well. First it stopped changing color, then half of the tree stopped lighting up & then it went out all together. I think they are faulty, likely why they went half off. Best Buy will not take them back after 15 days either.
