QuestionIs there a manufacturer warranty on this or who would I contact for that? Like others have said, it's a garbage product and broke after a few weeks. I had mine otuside and the wire basically just fell apart and broke in half so it no longer works at all

QuestionI had it for about 3 weeks and it no longer changes color. It is all white. The remote control won't change color as well as the manual button. What do I do? I had it outside since it said outdoor/indoor.

- Answer Mine broke after 3 weeks as well. First it stopped changing color, then half of the tree stopped lighting up & then it went out all together. I think they are faulty, likely why they went half off. Best Buy will not take them back after 15 days either.

QuestionSays for outdoor. But yet in one of the pics it shows it lit up indoors. So is it indoor/outdoor use or just outdoor?

QuestionOn this lit Christmas tree, can you choose just one color to do different patterns or are the different pattern only available to use in multi-colors?

- Answer You can choose just one color if you want. You can also set it to auto and it will run through all the colors and modes. It's awesome I just bought a 2nd one
