Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.15 amps is the limit for >>all<< the appliances on that particular line (not just one outlet). 1200 watts is 10 amperes, so you should be okay if you don't have other heavy-drain appliances (eg, a toaster oven) >>running at the same time<<.
