• So far I have successfully made meatballs, homemade fries (tossed in olive oil) and empinadas (with melted butter brushed on and without). It does come with a little cook book of recipes and you can find more online so that you can see the best way to cook them in the air fryer. A lot of it is trial and error though.

• Very difficult because tray is flat at bottom. No compartments to hold a fritter together while it cooked.

• You should try to fry the things that can hold as the items will be there for certain time. You don't want the batter to drop down the frying tray.

• Probably not. The basket has several holes and even small items that aren't wet would not fry well.
