For extra crispiness and nice browning, spray on oil.

Yes we coat the fish first and then spray it with Pamm so the spray oil can soak up in the coating. It always comes out crispy and golden brown.

You don't need to, but you can spray minimal amount of oil.

I made roasted potatoes dipped in butter and bread crumbs and I did not add oil or spray
