If 5 is the absolute best and 0 is the absolute worse, then I give it a 0 all day long. PROS: Cooks delicious foods with no trouble. We've cooked plenty of items in this device, including grilled cheese (which tasted better than pan grilled cheese). CONS: Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but eventually the Chefman RJ38 air fryer will inexplicably quit working. Unplugging it and plugging it back in will not do anything to resolve the issue. There is no reset button on the Chefman RJ38 air fryer. It will simply stop working anywhere from two months to eight months after purchase, just long enough to not be able to return it to the store and instead have to deal with the nightmare of Chefman customer service. Thankfully, it doubles as a heavy-duty doorstop. So there's that.
