• It's 12 inches tall. It's width at base (wider there, then narrows slightly towards top) is 10 inches. Front to back depth is 10 inches. It should fit just fine below cabinets as long as there's no shelving in the lower cabinet. Ours fits in our cabinet just fine.

• Yes, but would not use it while it is under cabinet. We use it on an island so nothing above it.
