• Anything you want as long as you know how to cook it. Remember these pull moisture OUT of foods depending on how long you use it so don't do dry foods. I've done Wings, Shrimp, Fish, Veggies, Frys, and anything that you want.

• Anything. We’ve cooked chicken and porkchops. Fish once but then I didn’t want to smell up the cooker so haven’t done that since. Makes great burritos and taquitos too
