“Everything I try to cook burns. I have turned down temps, and things still burn food. Help! Best buy has very short return time. Rethinking about purchasing there. What is causing foods to burn”

Yeah I had the same problem, my broccoli looked like it came from a California forest fire. For me it was just trying out different times but I have kept my air fry temp on 375. Plus I put my food in at different times. First I put in the potatoes they take about 30-35 mins to get tender. Then at about 25 mins left I will put in the meat(depending on how you want it cooked 25 for well done) then the last 5 mins I’ll put in frozen vegetables. I’ve had a good turn out with those times at that temp. Good luck.
