• Yes, will hold 3 trays, a 13 x 9.5 inch sheet pan is a exact fit. quarter-size sheet pan from Sam's fit into the shelf slots just like the metal rack that came with oven. we bought 3 of these ovens, every aspect of this oven is top notch, best air fryer, with bake be sure to watch time and temp. cut temp. down 25 deg. and use shortest bake time listed. we found this works for us,

• It comes with a baking rack, and baking tray, and an air fry basket. You can insert the rack and tray in different slots at the same time. If you can find additional racks/trays, you could use them. The manual does say that using the rack and tray together may affect cooking times.
