Can I reset back once I set the analog timer? null

No. Once you set the timer you have to let it count down. There is no way to move it from 20 minutes to 15 minutes. Terrible design flaw.

I was not able to figure out how to set back the timer if you can at all, so no. Now i just set it for a lesser time, & then pull out the basket to check the food. The timer stays at the same minutes when you pull out the basket. But i love it! Hope this helps!

Yes, just turn your timer off and reset time. I was worried about that as well, but it does work.
