• Just plug machine. set temperature to a high setting and turn on for a few minutes. when hot, turn off, add food and correct temperature and reset timer.

• Set the temperature and just turn the dial once it has two lights once it is pre heated one of the light will go off and just pull the basket out and put your food in it.
