A:AnswerI use my oil at least 6 times before changing and when frying fresh chicken that you flouered it is best to drain the oil slowly and clean out the pan real good to get the cooked flour out of the bottom and then after it is cleaned then you can put the oil back in and use it again and this way the oil lasts longer.
