The waffle does not need to be flipped. It cooks on both sides.

Does not flip and no flipping necessary. Easy and simple. Pour in batter, close lid, wait desired amount of time, remove waffle.

you do not have to flip it, theirs a light that goes on that tells you when they are done and a setting for how brown you want them

No, this waffle maker doesn't flip. You just close the lid and wait for the light to tell you it's done.
