- Answer Yes it gives to temperatures and time frames for cooking certain types of food and you can take it from there and accommodate your cooking times by a few minutes more if need be. Its pretty accurate. Not a lot of receipes but you can get them online free.

- Answer They have an 8 quart and a 5 quart. I purchased the 5 quart and I feel it cooks better because of the vents in the basket fir heat flow.
