“Reservoir is not filling the coffee cup. I only get about a 1/4 of a cup. How do I correct it.”

• Add more water to the reservoir and if that doesn't work use a smaller cup.

• Have you tried running white vinegar thru the machine to remove any scale or calcium? Fill the reservoir with the vinegar and let it cycle. Don't forget the up underneath. Then cycle fresh water thru once. I've found I can use the same vinegar twice. I clean the machine once a week.
