“Is there a trick to turning this oven on?? Pressing the start/stop button does nothing but makes the display flash back and forth between the set temp & time. Unit will not start to heat. Is this a defective unit or am I doing something wrong?”

First hit start button, then press the button for the type cooking you want. Put in food and hit start again and it will start cooking. I absolutely love mine!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once pressing start the button should turn red . If it isn’t then I would contact the company . So far I’ve had to have 2 of them replaced under warranty because of defects .
