• I solved it! Hold the light and On/Off button at the same time for 3 seconds. It'll beep a confirmation. Do the same to turn off the beep.

• Mine beeps and says END when finished cooking. Don’t think there is a way to toggle sound on/off so you may have a defective unit and need to contact support for an exchange.

• The manual plainly states "Oven Light Button – Press to turn on oven light. Press and hold to turn off sound (beeps) on unit." The second sentence is the important one for this question. It seems safe to assume that both of those operations toggle their respective functions.
