“Why is my toaster oven cooking so hot? I have to set everything to 75 degrees lower than the recipe calls for and it is still overcooking everything on the outside while leaving the inside raw. The fan never stops blasting, even on the bake setting also.”

• If your recipes are for a conventional oven, that's your answer. Ovens like this, with fans in them, cook food faster. Adjusting cooking times downward should do the trick.

• I've had the same problem. I cook lower temp, shorter times, and listen closely for the very faint timer
