But they can be synced together… meaning 1 breast on 1 side and another breast in the other running the same temperatures and timing at the same time. It’s also not that big to hold a whole Turkey. Now a Cornish Hen YES, you can definitely fit 2 Hens in 1 basket and 2 in the other and fry them at the SAME TIME.
