“I purchased 2 during a Deal of the Day. I gave one air fryer as a gift. The recipient says it gives a metallic taste to the food. Has anyone else experienced this? I will be returning the gifted unit and the unused unit that I purchased for myself.”

I have not. The only issue is how hard it is to close the bucket.

Has anyone ever experienced that? For those who are more interested in making unnecessary comments, there’s a forum for that…it’s call Facebook/Meta. The air fryer was used with the provided parchment paper liners, but a metallic taste was detected. Thanks for the useful comment that the taste is addressed in the MANUAL and that it should go away.

Please try again later.I bought it for the store i work in and not a single person has ever said anything about a metallic taste, not to mention it comes with parchment sheets that would prevent a "metallic taste" from ever happening. Some people juat arent meant to use kitchen equipment.
