Have not seen any smoke, did chicken wings, french fries, breaded chicken cutlets, steak, etc... . No smoke. Make sure you clean the basket after each use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Clean it before the first time you use it and after each time afterwards plus not letting food burn and you should be okay. Also, I heard about putting a slice or two of bread under the rack itself to absorb possible oil and grease will help cut down on the smoke as well. Just remember to throw away the bread after each use of the air fryer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've only noticed excessive smoke when cooking several sausages sequentially. I didn't have much oil produced by the frying, but maybe it was enough. Next time I would try emptying the grease in between cooking sessions.
