“Hello, I just rec.d this as a gift and am doing fries, however, the "shake" light is NOT coming on @ 5 min. intervals. Any help please. Thank you.”

• If you are cooking for 10 minutes or more without interruptions the shake light will come on to let you know. But if you open it prior it will not come on.

• I have a different brand, and if you set the time for less than the preset, the shake reminder doesn't come on. Also, if you add time to the preset, the shake prompt still comes on at the halfway point of the preset,
